Delivery, Returns and Cancellations

Despatch of your order

We endeavour to despatch your order within 2-3 working day, subject to availability. During seasonal peak demand, despatch may take longer.

Delivery to UK addresses

Orders placed before 11:59 am (Monday-Friday) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on a non-working day, will be normally despatched the next working day.

All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail or a Parcel Express Company. When you reach the checkout you'll be asked to select which you prefer. Your options are:

•    UK Standard(3-5 Days) …….5.95 £

•    Orders > 59.99 £ free delivery  (standard service)

*For all deliveries, please allow an extra day delivery time for Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland, and Channel islands

Delivery to international addresses

Orders placed before 11:59 am (Monday-Friday) are usually despatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on a non-working day, will be despatched the next working day.

All international deliveries are sent by Parcel express company. When you reach the checkout you'll be asked to select your preferred delivery option. These are:

•    Euro I Area (2-4 Working Days depending on location) for European Addresses Only: Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Ireland, The Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Portugal.
Cost of delivery  is 9.95 £. Free delivery from 79£.

•    Euro II Area (3-5 working days, depending on location): Polland, Sweden, Norway, Czech Republic, Hungary, Denmark,Switzerland.
Cost of delivery: 11.95 £. Free delivery from 99£.

Returns and refunds

You may return any item purchased for a full refund of the purchase price within 7 days of delivery to you. This could only be done by first contacting Atlantic Scents Ltd by phone or email & requesting a returns authorisation reference. Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorisation reference.

You will be required to cover the cost of the return postage. Refunds will be credited for the value of the goods returned.

Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return. Please note that all returns are subject to our Terms and Conditions , but these do not affect your statutory rights.

We want you to be absolutely delighted with all your Atlantic Scents purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a no quibble guarantee to exchange or refund your purchases.

Refund: simply return your purchases to us within 7 days, clearly stating that you would like a refund. We will then reimburse the full value and the original delivery cost of the returned goods directly to your credit card.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order by emailing sales@atlanticscents.co.uk quoting your Atlantic Scents Order Number. Please make sure you include the words "order cancellation" in your email subject heading.

If you have already been sent an email confirming dispatch, it will not be possible to cancel your order. As it can take as little as 3 to 4 hours for your goods to be dispatched, it is advisable to check for this confirmation message BEFORE you email to cancel your order.
